His arraignment is set for July 20 at which time he’s expected to enter a not guilty plea. The case will then be set for trial. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted of aggravated sexual assault. Baltimore police officer Edward Nero’s acquittal of all charges was announced this morning.
