Mark Sievers, 48, entered a written not guilty plea this week to the murder of his wife, Teresa, who was found bludgeoned to death in their Bonita Springs, Florida home on June 29, 2015. His arraignment had been scheduled for next Monday. Sievers was first charged with murder last month just hours after his childhood friend, Curtis Wayne Wright, entered a plea deal for a 25-year-sentence, in exchange for cooperating with prosecutors. At the time, Sievers was represented by a private attorney, Lee Hollander. That private attorney-client relationship between Hollander and Sievers ended in the past week and a half. The Public Defender’s Office was then assigned to represent Sievers but earlier this week that office told the court that there is a conflict of interest since the Public Defender also represents co-defendant Jimmy Rodgers, also known as “The Hammer.”…
