Robert Durst will finally be arraigned on murder charges in Los Angeles at 1:30 p.m. PT on Monday. He’s accused of shooting his friend and confidante, Susan Berman, in December 2000, supposedly out of fear that she was about to talk to New York law enforcement regarding the 1982 disappearance and presumed murder of Durst’s wife, Kathie. Durst has always been under a cloud of suspicion in her disappearance. As Durst’s close friend, Berman is believed to have known what happened to Kathie. Closing arguments will take place Monday morning at about 8:30 a.m. ET in the murder trial of Justin Ross Harris, accused of leaving his 22-month-old son in a hot Georgia car to die in June 2014.
