Justin Ross Harris is in court for what should be a significant hearing as both sides prepare for the April 11 trial. As noted in this February 4 filing, the State of Georgia has a number of arguments to make regarding the admissibility of evidence, much of which appears to go to a motive for murder. The defense, of course, opposes this evidence. The hearing will be streamed and we’ll bring you highlights of the evidence and arguments as the day progresses. The stream is at this link.
