The attorneys involved in the prosecution and defense of Steven Avery as well as the filmmakers of “Making a Murderer” are defending their roles in Avery’s 2007 murder trial. Ken Kratz, the lead prosecutor (now defense attorney) accuses the filmmakers, Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos, of bias in omitting incriminating evidence from the 10-part documentary now streaming on Netflix. I devoted last night’s BK Live to this topic exclusively then awoke to read an article in the New York Times about it which discussed some evidence I mentioned in the video.
