The State of Connecticut is appealing the 2013 reversal of Skakel’s 2002 murder conviction. Oral argument is set for 11:00 a.m. today. Skakel’s conviction for the 1975 murder of his neighbor, Martha Moxley, was overturned for ineffective assistance of counsel.
