Ethan Couch/Affluenza Teen Hearing

Couch was 16 years old when he was placed on 10 years probation for killing four while driving drunk. He turns 19 on April 11. This hearing is seeking a transfer of the case to adult court.

Hearing in Justin Ross Harris

The State of Georgia says it has several areas of incriminating evidence to present at trial, currently scheduled for April 11. Some of this evidence purports to establish a motive for murder such as marital disharmony and infidelity, and the desire to be free of childcare responsibilities.

Camille Cosby Deposition

Camille Cosby was deposed in her husband's defamation civil suit today in Springfield, Mass. It will continue on March 14.

Dalia Dippolito Hearing

This is a continued hearing on the motion to dismiss filed late last year. Dippolito's retrial is currently set for May 23.

Robert Dear Status Conference

Dear is charged with murder in Colorado Springs, Colorado for opening fire at a Planned Parenthood facility in Nov. 2015. A police officer and two civilians were killed.

Michael Skakel Connecticut Supreme Court Argument

The State of Connecticut is appealing the 2013 reversal of Skakel's 2002 murder conviction. Oral argument is set for 11:00 a.m. today. Skakel's conviction for the 1975 murder of his neighbor, Martha Moxley, was overturned for ineffective assistance of counsel.

Angelika Graswald Hearing

Graswald is charged with second-degree murder for the drowning death of her fiance, Vincent Viafore, while the two were kayaking on the Hudson River on April 19, 2015 in Orange County, New York. Graswald says it was an accident. A decision is expected on defense motions today.

Jesse Matthew Status Conference/Motions

Matthew entered a plea to both murders today in exchange for life sentences; death is off the table. Matthew was charged separately in two capital murder cases of Virginia students. He was supposed to be tried first for the 2014 murder of UVa student Heather Graham followed by an October trial for the 2009 murder of Va Tech student Morgan Harrington.
