Bill Cosby Hearing on Motion to Dismiss

Cosby filed a habeas motion alleging that Bruce Castor made a non-prosecution promise in 2005/06. They say Cosby relied on that promise when he testified at deposition in Costand's civil suit and didn't invoke the 5th Amendment.

Day 1 of post-conviction hearing in Baltimore, MD. Syed was convicted in 2000 of the murder of his ex-girllfriend, Hae Minh Lee. He's always maintained his innocence and claims the jury should have heard from an alibi witness. Syed was the subject of NPR's first season of Serial podcast.

Robert Durst Hearing

Durst was back in federal court in Louisiana, this time to plead guilty to possession of a gun. He will be sentence on April 27, 2016 and could get up to 10 years in prison. Soon after his sentencing. Durst should be on his way to Los Angeles to face murder charges in the death of Susan Berman in December 2000.

Alicia White/Baltimore Cop Trial Begins

White's trial is now on hold pending the outcome of the March 3 Court of Appeals argument in this case and the other four where the State wants to call Officer Porter as a witness.
