Angelika Graswald, accused of the drowning death of her fiance Vincent Viafore on April 19, 2015, was back in court yesterday. The judge was expected to rule on whether a jury will see her 11-hour interrogation by police 10 days after Viafore died. The judge, however, did not issue his ruling yet. Instead, he set the next hearing for September 30. I expect he’ll finally rule that day on the admnissibility of the interrogation video and her earlier confession. The judge also expects to set a trial date. Bill Cosby’s criminal sexual assault case is back on the court calendar for Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
