The judge is expected to issue a decision today on whether the statements made by Graswald to police on April 29-30, 2015 about the drowning death of her fiance Vincent Viafore in New York’s Hudson River can be used by the prosecution at trial. On July 27, 2016, the judge continued Grawald’s case to Sept. 1, 2016. That is her next court appearance.
