Before discussing the Sievers murder investigation, I want to mention that I’m appalled at yesterday’s shooting in San Bernardino, CA. The 14 families of those who were senselessly murdered and the 17 who were injured are in my thoughts. Also, an appeals court just elevated the conviction of Oscar Pistorius from manslaughter to murder. He’s home on house arrest but will now be resentenced. We don’t see that scenario in our justice system!
