KOC is tracking a lot of activity in courtrooms around the country this week. Tomorrow, Feb. 2, I’ll be at the Bill Cosby hearing in Norristown, Pennsylvania. It’s not expected to last more than a day—probably less than a day. This is a hearing at Cosby’s request. He’s asking the judge to dismiss the charges or, alternatively, disqualify the Montgomery County District Attorney because he made the Cosby case a political issue. The defense questions the ethics of that. FYI: The court does not permit live transmission of tweets, posts or logs from the courtroom or overflow room. I can only send notes when I’m outside.
